“The Rock of Ages”

Hebrews 9:28: So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.

Christ appeared to our carnal man to prove by earthly means God’s Love for us; now he is appearing as us who are now of His likeness.
We are of his ilk meaning “of the same place, territorial designation, or name.” Jesus is from heaven so if are of his ilk we are from heaven. Where is heaven? It is inside of us. Where is God? He is inside of us. Jesus is an extension of God. If we have the mind of Christ we are an extension of God. What is the Mind of Christ? The mind of Christ is the mind of man connected with the Spirit of God. This is the legacy of Jesus. A legacy is anything handed down from the past, as from an ancestor or predecessor. What was the most precious thing that Jesus could leave to us? He said it was a relationship with His Father. His whole being was a reflection of His Oneness with the Father. He called this relationship the Kingdom of God. He said this Kingdom was within those that heard His Word. He said that the Spirit of Christ was that of relationship with the Father of Spirits. He said once you have that You are secure. It is written that all things were created for Him. He is the extension of God in the earth as are all who are One with the Father. Jesus didn’t think about God or even to God. Jesus thought with God.
We mostly think about God, sometimes to God, and almost never with God. When we think about God its like He’s in the other room. When we think to God its more like He’s in the same room. When we think with God its like He’s in the same skin. And He is. Jesus once prayed aloud and thanked God for always hearing Him, but added that He said it for the benefit of the hearers. He knew that God knew His every thought and at the same time He was confident that His every thought was of God. Jesus’ spiritual Eye was single. He had Oneness with His Father.
The satan that is spoken of had no part in Him. His every part was integrated with the Spirit. To be integrated means composed to form a complete or coordinated entity; specifically : being a final and complete expression of an agreement that cannot be contradicted or modified by extrinsic evidence. Eternal comes to mind. A sense of finality. Unbroken. Unbreakable. The Rock of Ages.
